(N .Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) I LONDON. March 16 The Prime Mimster of Malaya (Tunku Abdul Rah-: man) said today that with apartheid out of the way the Commonwealth could now become a living force. In a statement he said: "It is a good thing that South: Africa has left the Commonwealth of her own accord. 1 The Commonwealth can now mean something and plav its’ part, as a result of this stand. 1 for the peace and good of mankind.”
