Stale Plan In Ceylon COLOMBO, March 17. Ceylon's Government Party has decided to take over the country’s daily press. A party announcement yesterday said the Minister of Justice, Mr Sam Fernando, has been given until next week to draft the necessary legislation and present a press bill to the Cabinet. The matter was discussed at a party meeting on Tuesday and the decision to take over the press was unanimous.
