Report Denied In London

(N ZP.A -Router—Copyright) LONDON, March 8. A report that all five amateur soccer players in the English Football Association team to tour the Far East and New Zealand this (northern) summer had dropped out. was officially denied in London. A Football Association official, Mr S. L. Whitehorn, who organised the tour, told the Australian Associated Press the five amateurs Chosen would ‘'definitely be going.” He could not explain how the report originated. Mr Whitehorn said it had originally been decided to invite five amateurs and 13 professionals for the tour. Before the team was announced two amateurs had refused the invitation.
