“The Press'* Special Service WELLINGTON. March 9. Ruve, which is engaged in the Thompson Handicap at Trentham. galloped brilliantly and effortlessly over five furlongs at Tauherenikau this morning. She is one of the Otaki horses now being trained there while the Otaki track is being remodelled. The course proper was lushly grassed and the horses ran slightly under the true disRidden by her race-day jockey. S. B. Robertson.
