"Commonwealth Not Court”
LONDON, March 7. The Canadian Prime Minister (Mr Diefenbaker) said tonight it was not the business of the Commonwealth to set itself up as a Court and “sit in judgment on its fellow members.” He was speaking at a dinner of the Canada Club in London.
