Wing Commander S. Field

(KZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. The Dominion headquarters of the Boy Scouts’ Association announced today the appointment of Wing Commander S. Field to fill the newly-created position of New Zealand chief executive commissioner of the movement

He will have complete administrative control of the scout movement in New Zealand in terms ot the policy decided on from time to time by the executive committee, to which he will be directly responsible. He is expected to take up ,his appointment in April
