Macao To Be Monte Carlo Of East
( N.Z.P.A .-Reuter—Copv^'pht) LISBON, February 18. Macao, the Portuguese city opposite Hong Kong, is to become the Monte Carlo of the East, according to American Associated Press. By a decree published today, the Portuguese Government has created a tourist zone in the city. Generally, such zones have provision for a casino.
