LAND: Approximately 120 acres flat and ploughable, balance is sweet downy low hills. Practically all Lambs are fattened off the mothers and all Lambs are away by mid-January. Well watered by troughs, dams and storage tanks. Usual carrying capacity: 800 Ewes, 30 acres crop, and 16 acres Lucerne.
