NEW SCHOOL AT KAIAPOI

Classrooms, Clinic Being Built Four classrooms, an administration block and a dental clinic will comprise the new primary school being built at Kaiapoi The school is expected to be ready for the third ten.l of this year and will cater for all standards up to standard six. Though not officially named, the school is known as Kaiapoi North. It has been designed for extension and may eventually have eight or even 12 classrooms. A considerable amount of work has gone into the preparation of the site. The top soil has been removed and thousands of yards of sand spread before replacing the earth.
