“NO FURTHER TALKS”
Holyoake And Munro (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 17. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said today that he had made no arrangements for a further interview with Sir Leslie Munro before he returns to the United States. Mr Holyoake yesterday talked with Sir Leslie Munro for 15 minutes after the morning session of the Cabinet. Sir Leslie Munro said afterwards they discussed the question of appointments to overseas, posts. Sir Leslie Munro and Mr Holyoake did not give any indication whether Sir Leslie Munro had been offered an overseas post.
