Colonel K. A. S. Wilson, of the Rovai Sussex Regiment arrived in Wellington by air yesterday to take up the appointment of senior Army officer on the United Kingdom liaison staff He succeeds Co’onel S’e ’’’homas Butler, whose tour or dutv will end on Jan-arv 18. (PA.I Mr A H Philips, secretarymanager of the Hutt Valley Returned Services’ Association has been apoointed assistant general secretary of the New Zealand RS A He will succeed Mr M. A. Carson who has been aopointed general secretary.—(PA.)
