The Rev. L. N. Morris, vicar of the parochial district of Bryndwr. has been appointed vicar of St. John’s Church. Woolston. Mr Morris was ordained in 1954 by the Bishop of Christchurch (the Rt Rev. A K. Warren), served as a curate of the Fendalton parish, and became vicar at Bryndwr in 1957.
