OLD COLLEGIANS TOURING TEAM
An Old Collegians Club team began a five-match southern tour at Timaru yesterday, against a team consisting largely of South Canterbury Old Collegians. The club team made 247 for eight wickets declared (P.M. Hill 39, T. H. Knight 37 J. D. Thomson 37. A. T. Calder 33). At the close of play the South Canterbury team had scored 18 for two wickets. The match will end i today.
