PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 8 of the Dogs Registration Act, 1955, and Section 25 of the Hydatids Act, 1959, that the Council has by resolution fixed the following fees for the period January 1, to December 31, 1961. DOG REGISTRATION FEES (a) Dogs kept by a Farmer or Drover for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, 6s per dog. (b) One dog only owned by a Commercial Poultry Keeper and kept solely for the purpose of protecting his poultry, 6s. (c) All other dogs, £1 per dog. ( HYDATID CONTROL FEES 15s per dog except as provided hereunder:— Where the number of dogs owned by one person is more that 5 and not more than 10 the maximum total fee will be £5.
