Arbitration Court’s Light List
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 14. What was probably one of the lightest lists of Arbitration Court fixtures for some time received dates for hearing today. “A pretty unspectacular start,” said the president of the Court (Mr Justice Tyndall), “but something is sure to steam up.” An application for an inquiry into the election of the New Zealand Clerical Workers’ Union was set down for February 1.
