He shall also, be responsible through the Special Area Medical Officers for providing ordinary medical attendance on all persons for the time being resident in the Hokianga district. He shall also be responsible for the control and direction of the medical clinics in the Rawene Hospital district, and for all “Non-Health Department” work of the district nurses working in the Hokianga Special Area.
