Car Hite Pole.—When his car hit a pole in Maces road, about 8.30 aJn. yesterday, lan Victor Leonard, of 20 Raymonds road, Bromley, suffered head injuries. He was taken by St. John ambulance to the Christchurch Hospi•tal and was sent home after treatment.
