GUARDS SERGEANT-MAJOR AS A ROMAN CENTURION.—Mr Ronald Brittain, formerly regimental sergeant-major of the Coldstream Guards, inspecting other former guardsmen whom he has trained as Roman soldiers. They will appear at the charity premiere of the film, “Spartacus,” in London tomorrow. Mr Brittain, who has been described as the most famous of all Guards warrant officers, has made a special study of Roman military formation and drill.
