Seamen Fined For Fighting
Two seamen from an overseas vessel. William Andrew Hall, aged 26, and Derek Malcolm Day. aged 18, were fined £1 each, and costs, by Messrs A. B. P. Large and L. J. Shuker, Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate’s Court at Lyttelton yesterday. Both were charged with fighting in Norwich quay. Both men pleaded guilty.
