Motor-Cycling CHRISTCHURCH RIDER’S WIN

S.I. Miniature T.T. Championship

(New Zealand Press Association) TIMARU, November 20.

The prominent Christchurch rider, L. Reynolds, won the South Island 250 c.c. miniature T.T. championship on the South Canterbury Motor-Cycle Club’s new track at Waimate today. Riding a 200 c.c. special, Reynolds covered the distance of about seven miles in llmin 57.55ec. He headed K. McCleary (250 c.c. Jawa) by eight seconds, with A. Reyonlds (250 c.c. 8.5. A.) a further 44.55ec back. A. McLaren (200 c.c. Greeves) filled fourth place.' I. Boorer retired with engine trouble.
