Judgment In Will Action
Judgment has been. given by Mr Justice Richmond in action to interpret the will, and a deed of family arrangement, of William James Harry Sedgley, an indent and manufacturers’ agent, who died on October 20, 1940. leaving an estate now worth approximately £40,000. The New Zealand Insurance Company. Limited, brought the i action, under the Declaratory Judgments Act (1908) and Trustee Act (1956), seeking the ■ Court’s ruling to clarify the will land deed of family arrangement, in the interests of the nine beneficiaries.
Hearing of the action was on August 15 and 16, last
