THE NATIONAL MORTGAGE and AGENCY CO. of N.Z. LTD., and H. MATSON and CO., have been instructed by MR L. G. SMITH, to offer at the above time his 261 acre property situated at West Melton, in their Land Sale Room, 187-189 Cashel street.
