SMITHFIELD MARKET
Lambs Again Weaker
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 18. The Market Information Service of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board reports that after an early easing there was a steadying of prices for New Zealand lamb at Smithfield Market this week. The heavy supply of home-killed lambs was somewhat reduced by mid-week. Prices for New Zealand meat, ex hooks, Smithfield, in the week ended November 18, with the variation since the previous week, are quoted as follows:
