The weather has been showery but if there is no heavier fall of rain the going will be good for the first day of the Waikato Racing Club’s summer meeting at Te Rapa on Saturday. The double, will be the Miller Handicap and the Cambridge Handicap. Dandenong, formefly a doubtful starter, will now contest the Tamahere Stakes. Kandour will not start in that race.
