A £1.000.000 trust in memory of Countess Mountbatten, to help the St. John Ambulance Brigade, children and nursing throughout the world, was announced in London today. The trust’s patron will be the Duke of Edinburgh. The fund, wrich already stands at £13,500, will also provide money to train teams for a "flying doctor” service in Africa similar to the Australian service. The target is £5,000,000, but the aim in the first three years is £1,000,000. '
