MR FRANCIS H. RUSSELL, the United States Ambassador to New Zealand, who has been named Ambassador to Ghana. President Eisenhower announced that Mr Russell will replace Mr Wilson Falke, whose resignation was one of several reported today in the United States foreign service. The American Associated Press said many more resignations were expected as the Elsenhower Administration prepared to hand over to the Democratic Administration of the President-elect, Mr John Kennedy.—(Washington, November 11.)
