Golden Slipper Stakes
Thirty-seven horses remain in the field for the New Zealand Golden Slipper Stakes, which will be run at the Waimate Trotting Club’s annual meeting on December 40. If the number remaining after the final payment on November 28 exceeds the safety limit of 15, the club proposes taking into consideration performances at trials before reducing the field by ballot or selection.
