Removal Of One Wanted

LONDON, October 30 A 12-man delegation headed by the Prime Minister of Trinidad arrived in London today for top-level talks on United States bases in the West Indies. The Prime Minister (Dr. Enc Williams), said at the airport he would press for the American naval base at Chaguaramas, near Port of Spain. Trinidad, to be moved. “The base is no longer used by the Americans, and we feel it ought to be put to some use to benefit the people of Trinidad.” he said.
