In banking, commerce, or manufacturing, in nursing, teaching or the public service—in almost any field yon care to name there is a demand for young people of proven ability to begin careers of value to themselves and to the community. A few of these careers have been explored in this supplement But It is no* intended as a comprehensive survey, merely as an introduction. There are hundreds of explanatory booklets, pamphlets and information sheets available from the vocational guidance offices, and from careers advisers in schools which provide a wealth of extra Information for both parents and pupils. There is everything to gain from taking advantage of them.
