Contract Let To City Firm (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. The contract for the construction of the new Government Printing Office in Wellington has been let to P. Graham and Sons. Ltd.. Christchurch. Announcing thia today, the Minister of Works (Mr Watt) said costs, including the tender and those covering contingencies plus materials to be supplied by the Government, were approximately £1.2 million. The new building is expected to be completed in 1963.
