HOLLOWAY IN SINGAPORE
Big Market For N.Z. Predicted (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) SINGAPORE, Oct. 11. Singapore and the Federation of Malaya would become main markets for New Zealand's growing industries, the New Zealand Minister of Industries and Commerce (the Hon, P. N. Holloway) said in Singapore today, Mr Holloway was talking to reporters, having arrived from Bangkok on a three-day visit. “There is not the slightest doubt an increase in our • trade with Singapore and the Federation is inevitable and will go on increasing year by year,” he said. Mr Holloway, who has been attending the Inter-Parlaimen-tary Union conference in Tokyo, is due to pay a courtesy call on Yang Di-Pertuan Negara (Head of State) Inche Yusof Bin Ishak tomorrow and meet the Finance Minister, Goh Keng Swee, on Thursday.
