Aranui High School Board
Messrs D. H. Hensley and F. J. Grade, and Mrs D. M. Bennison, have been elected parents’ representatives on the Aranui High School board of governors. Seven nominations were received for the three seats, making necessary an election, the results of which were announced on Tuesday. Mr Hensley received 214 votes, Mr Grade, 154, and Mrs Bennison, 121. Other candidates for seats were Mr C. D. Andrews (105 votes), Mrs A. I. Randall (103), Mrs E. J. Falconer, 99, and Mr D. M. C. McMillan, 96.
