Motor Traders Bonus Issue

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 12. Motor Traders (New Zealand), Ltd., Auckland, pro- c poses to subdivide its ordinary and B ordinary £1 shares into 5s units and to make a bonus issue of C ordinary 5s j shares from reserves. Authorised capital will first be increased from £300,000 to £750,000. The bonus issue, which will f be made by capitalising £50,000 of profits derived before July 31, 1957, will be made in the ratio of one new 5s share for every five ordinary or B ordinary shares held at November 4.
