Qualifying Trial At Greymouth
(From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH. Oct 11. In a trial at Victoria Park, Greymouth, yesterday afternoon. Dandy Briar was the only horse to qualify with a time of 3min 25 l-ssec. Dandy Briar is a four-year-old brown gelding by Garrison Hanover from Aloysius. He is owned by Mr J. Steel, of Greymouth, and is trained for him by his son, J. R. Steel, who drove him in yesterdays trial
