■VURTHER steps have been taken in the process of establishing the Tussock Grasslands and Mountain Lands Institute at Canterbury Agricultural College. ' ,

The applicants are required to have a sound scientific training and experience in relevant fields and must be able to co-operate with the scientific personnel of the many organisations working in the tussock and mountain lands, with the staffs of the State departments concerned with the administration of these areas and with occupiers of properties in them.
