Nagle Enters For N.Z. Open
(New Zealand Press Association, AUCKLAND. Sept. 20.
K. D. G. Nagle, the present Britisn open champion, has entered for the New Zealand open championship to be held in Invercargill from November 16 to November 23. His entry was received by the secretary of the New Zealand Golf Association (Mr D. G. Sutton) today. P. W. Thomson, four times the British open title-holder, has also indicated that he will enter.
An entry has also .been received from H. W. Hattersly, a former Australian amateur champion. He has requested that four more entry forms be sent to him for four New South Wales amateurs interested in playing in the New Zealand open.
