Poland’s Communist chief, Mr Wladyslaw Gomulka, will lead the Polish delegation to the United Nations General. Assembly in New York this month. Mr Gomulka, First Secretary of the Polish United Workers’ Communist Party, was named to lead the Poles to New York at a session of the Polish State Council and the Council of Ministers. The Hungarian Prime Minister, Mr Janos Kadar. will lead his country’s delegation.—Warsaw, September 4.
