He will fly to Auckland on September 23 for three days before returning to Wellington to meet Cabinet Ministers and officials on September 29.—(P.A.) Mr T. T. Turnct. administration officer at the American Embassy in Wellington, his been transferred to the Paris Embassy and will leave for the. United States with Mrs Turner ty air on September 20. He will be succeeded by Mr Robert R. Bliss, who will arrive direct from Saigon on September 10.—(P.A.) ' Dr. F. F. Evison (has been appointed superintendent of the D.S.I.R.’s seismologkal observatory at Wellington. He succeeds Mr R. C. Hayes, who recently retired after 40 year*’ service.— (P.A.)
