Canada-N.Z. Telex Link Opened
OTTAWA, Sept. 1. The Prime Ministers of Canada (Mr Diefenbaker) and New Zealand (Mr Nash) exchanged greetings yesterday on a new teletype circuit linking the two countries. The trans-Paciflc messages were put through the Overseas Telex Board of the Canadian Overseas Telecommunication Corporation. Canada now is linked by Telex to 47 nations, the Canadian Press reported.
