WOMAN REPORTER IN TEXAS
Formerly On “The Press” Mrs L. S. Kenney, formerly Miss Judie Henwood, of the reporting staff of “The Press,” is now on the staff of the “Kingsville Record,” Kingsville, Texas. She writes under a by-line, and her assignments include the police round for her newspaper. Mrs Kenney is the wife of Captain Pete Kenney, whom she married in Christchurch in March, 1958. Captain Kenney is stationed
at a United States Marine base in Kingsville. Her mother, Mrs F. G. Henwood (Riccarton) and sister, Miss Dian Henwood, plan to visit Captain Kenney and Mrs Kenney in March next year.
