RACE RELATIONS IN N.Z.
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 24. After receiving and adopting a report on Maori-pakeha relations the annual Wellington Methodist Synod today agreed to ask Parliament to affirm its acceptance of the Declaration of Human Rights and to take positive steps to prevent unfavourable racial discrimination in New Zealand.
