Mr Walsh Opposed As Union President
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 8. For the first time since Mr F. P. Walsh became president of the Wellington Clerical Workers’ Union, he is to be opposed by a rank and file member of the union, Mr E. McGuire. The union today released the list of candidates for the annual election of officers, for which a postal ballot will be held.
