WHAKATANE BOARD MILLS ISSUE
“The Press" Special Servtcs AUCKLAND, August 2. The premium issue of . 520,000 ordinary £J shares recently announced by Whakatane ' Board Mills, Ltd., will be made to stockholders registered as on August 31. The new shares will be issued at a premium of 7s 6d> and will be payable 7s 6d on application by October 31, 10s a unit by February 28, 1961, and 10s a unit by August 31, 1961. The shares will entitle the holders to one-quarter of the ordinary dividend declared for the year ending June 30, 1961, and will thereafter raiik pari passu with existing ordinary stock units The issue will be made m the ratio of two-for-five to ordinary stockholders and one-for-five t< holders ■ of preference stock, and has been underwritten.
