Ice-Skating SOON FOUND ICE HAS UNSAFE
(New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, August 1.
The Ice skating committee on the Naseby (Central Otago) rink wasted no time on Sunday in erecting a warning notice, “Definitely No Skating,” after two members of the committee went on the ice to bore for thickness. They soon found out how thick it was when it collapsed and they took an icy ducking in the shallow water.
