Fendalton House Sold For £4500
A house at 80 Fendalton road was sold for £4500 at public auction yesterday. The bidding opened at £3500 and rose in two bids of £250 to £4OOO. It then rose in four bids of £lOO and two bids of £5O. The four-bedroomed house is on a section of more than a quarter of an acre.
