Plans For Tuition In Christchurch

(New Zealand Press Association; WELLINGTON, July 29. The Hungarian-born pianist, Bela Siki, would give master classes in the piano in September at the Universities of Victoria, Auckland, and Canterbury, the Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr Anderton) said today. Each university would have two groups of six students attending on alternate days over the five days in each case and up to 50 observers would be permitted. “I am delighted that the Department of Internal Affairs with the co-operation of the New Zealand Broadcasting Service has been able to arrange this unique opportunity for New Zealand musicians and members of the public,” the Minister said.
