Co-operation With East And West PARIS, July 22. The Congolese Prime Minister (Mr Lumumba) said, in an Interview published in “France Soir” today, that his policy was one of “political neutralism” and coooeration with both East and West
Asked for his views on the future of Katanga Province, which has proclaimed itself indeoendent. Mr Lumumba said; “In my opinion the plot hatched bv Relaiunrr and by c~rtain Belgian financial groups will fail Katanga will remain within the framework of a united and independent Congo."
