Castro Takes Over Three HAVANA, July 22. The American-owned CubanAmerican Sugar Company and its •hree sugar mills were today under Government intervention -takeover), charged with “violation” of Cuba’s sugar laws. The mills are the Mercedita. Delicias, and Chaparra—the latter regarded as Cuba’s largest mill. They are the first Americanowned sugar mills to be taken over by the Government.
