CAPITAL ISSUES CONTROL
Discussing the introduction of the first unit trust in New Zealand the Australia and New Zealand Bank “Quarterly Survey” says: "Now that the flow at savings is to be assisted in this manner, there appears justification for relaxation from present Capital Issues Control regulations. “Such relaxation would help to place the financial structure of growing industrial and commercial concerns on a better basis, and would provide for greater flexibility in the Dominion’s expanding economy,” the bank says.
