Full training tor the Diplomat granted respectively by these authorities is available, and the Australasian Examination is held in New Zealand. Anaesthetic Services. Anaethetic Registrar, Jun./Sen. - - - - * Successful applicants will spend six months in each of the four main hospitals, thus covering the whole range of clinical anaesthesia. Weekly tutorials are held and encouragement is given to prepare for the Fellowship Examination of the Australasian or English Colleges. In addition there is opportunity to take part in clinical research. ' FELLOW IN SURGICAL RESEARCH There is a vacancy for a Full-time Fallow in the experimental Surgical Laboratory attatched to the Cardio-Thoraclc Surgical Unit, Greenlane Hospital The appointment is on a yoarly basis and is considered an excellent opportunity tor a Registrar who is interested in learning the techniques of experimental Surgery in connection with more advanced studies in surgery. The studies involved would be suitable for a Thesis for the degree of Master of Surgery.
